Before committing to tokenisation, Alpha Node helps businesses assess the opportunity, determine the appropriate financial product structure and understand what would be required to bring it to market.
Tokenisation can change how a financial product is issued, held and administered. It does not determine whether the underlying product makes commercial sense or how it should be structured.
An assessment of the commercial case for tokenisation and the key issues that need to be resolved.
A working product structure covering the investor interest, issuer, distribution and operating model.
A clear view of the roles Alpha Node, the client and specialist providers would need to perform.
The decisions, dependencies and workstreams required to move toward establishment and issuance.
Yes. Alpha Node can assess an existing structure as well as a new asset, strategy or product concept. The scope will depend on the existing documents, obligations and operating arrangements.
That is a valid outcome of the engagement. The assessment may identify that the costs, constraints or operating requirements outweigh the intended benefits, or that the product should be structured differently before proceeding.
Alpha Node identifies the legal work required and can coordinate with relevant advisers. Specialist legal advice and document preparation are included only where agreed as part of the engagement. Alpha Node is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Timing depends on the asset or product, the scope of the assessment, the information available and any specialist input required. Milestones are agreed when the engagement is scoped.
