Alpha Node brings together the financial product, licensing, issuance and operational requirements needed to launch an eligible tokenised financial product.
Once the structure is agreed, the work shifts to establishing the product and preparing it for launch.
Establish the product structure, investor rights, issuer and entities involved.
Determine the appropriate Australian licensing pathway and the responsibilities that sit with each party.
Bring together the product, offer and disclosure documentation required for issuance.
Translate the agreed product structure into its on-chain representation with the selected technology provider.
Establish and issue the tokenised financial product through the relevant entities and infrastructure.
Arrange custody and set up records, reporting, subscriptions, redemptions and other ongoing product requirements.
Tokenised products are established and issued through the Alpha Node Global group’s Australian financial services licensees. The entity and licence used depends on the product and its intended investors.

Alpha Node Capital Pty Ltd, AFSL 479974 – fund issuance and custodial services for wholesale clients only.
Alpha Node Advisors Pty Ltd, AFSL 416956 – financial product advice and arranging for wholesale clients only.

Not necessarily. If the product structure and pathway are already sufficiently developed, Alpha Node can assess whether the project is ready to move into establishment and issuance.
No. The product structure, intended investors, regulatory requirements and operating model need to be assessed before Alpha Node agrees to proceed.
No. Tokenisation does not itself create a secondary market or guarantee liquidity. Secondary-market trading is outside Alpha Node’s current offering. Alpha Node does not operate a trading venue or make a market in issued tokens.
A product whose structure, intended investors and operating model fit within the authorisations held by the group’s licensees. Some products, including those that would require authorisations the group does not hold, cannot be issued through Alpha Node.
