The Fund is established as an Australian feeder vehicle with the investment objective of achieving long-term capital appreciation in its Net Asset Value through its investment in the Master Fund. The Fund operates under a master-feeder structure, whereby it invests substantially all of its assets in the Vikara Fund, an exempted company incorporated with limited liability and registered as a mutual fund in the Cayman Islands.
The investment strategy of the Master Fund is to invest in Web3 focused listed Crypto Assets. The Fund will construct a diversified long-only portfolio of tokens, regularly assessing and managing risk, position sizing, and portfolio holdings.
In selecting Crypto Asset investments, the Investment Manager applies top-down and bottom-up fundamental analysis with a valuation overlay and portfolio monitoring. The investment process follows a rigorous due diligence and valuation framework.

It is not intended that the Fund will make distributions.
You will be provided with a confirmation of your investment and unitholder certificate. You will also be provided with at least the following periodic reports: • an annual report with tax components; • quarterly performance reports; and • monthly investment statements.

Eligible wholesale investors can invest by completing the Application Form included with the Fund’s Information Memorandum. The process includes providing identification, meeting wholesale investor criteria, and submitting required documentation.

Yes. At the Master Fund level, there is a 2% annual management fee and a 20% performance allocation above the high-water mark. Investors should carefully review both the Fund and Master Fund fees before investing.

Before we start the application process there are a few important items which need to completed. Please note the Fund is accessible to wholesale investors only.
Application to be completed and submitted prior to the 25th of each month.
Full payment of investment to be included in the following month series must be cleared into the trust bank account by no later than 28th of each month (except February when payment is to be received no later than 26th of the month).
