Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Directors, employees, and immediate family members of Alpha Node are not eligible to enter.
To enter, participants must complete the Digital Asset Suitability Assessment in full via the official Alpha Node website between the promotion start date and 31 March 2026 at 11:59PM AEST. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase or payment is required to enter.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
One (1) Ledger Stax Crypto Hardware Wallet. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Alpha Node is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Ledger.
The draw will take place within 5 business days after 31 March 2026 at Level 18, 1 Spring Street, Perth WA 6000.
Participants’ name will be entered into a MS Excel spreadsheet. Each participant will be assigned a unique entry number corresponding to their row number in the spreadsheet. The winner will be selected using Google’s random number generator, which is a computerised random selection tool, and this process will be witnessed by a third party.
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided when completing the assessment. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Alpha Node reserves the right to redraw the prize. The winner permits Alpha Node to publish the name of the winner on its website, for the purpose of announcing the winner of the prize, without the entrant’s prior consent.
This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
Alpha Node reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Alpha Node’s control.
Completion of the Digital Asset Suitability Assessment does not constitute financial advice, a product recommendation, or the creation of a client relationship. Participation in the promotion does not obligate entrants to invest or engage Alpha Node’s services.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
Personal information collected for this promotion will be used for market research purposes and will handled in accordance with Alpha Node’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties unrelated to the promotion.
By entering the Promotion, you grant Alpha Node a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, analyse and commercialise any information, feedback, ideas or materials submitted in connection with the Promotion (“Entry Content”) for research, product and platform development and related business purposes. To the extent any intellectual property rights subsist in the Entry Content, you assign all present and future rights to Alpha Node and consent to any act or omission that may otherwise infringe your moral rights under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). All intellectual property developed from or in connection with the Entry Content vests solely in Alpha Node. No compensation, royalty or attribution is payable. Alpha Node is not obliged to use any Entry Content.
