1. ZeroX Global Pty Ltd (ACN: 636 835 535) (operating under the name ‘Alpha Node’ pursuant to a licensing agreement with Alpha Node Global Pty Ltd) is registered with the AUSTRAC as a digital currency exchange service provider (DCE: 100630597) to offer spot digital asset services and products.

2. Alpha Node Capital Pty Ltd (ACN: 603 150 634) is authorised by the ASIC to offer funds under its Australian financial services licence (AFSL: 479974) to only Wholesale Clients as defined under chapter 6D and 7 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

3. Alpha Node Capital Management Pty Ltd (ACN: 675 404 047) is a corporate authorised representative (CAR: 1308193) of Alpha Node Capital Pty Ltd, which offers investment management services to Alpha Node Capital’s funds.

4. Alpha Node Advisors Pty Ltd (ACN: 154 320 000) is authorised by the ASIC to provide personal financial product advice under its Australian financial services licence (AFSL: 416956) to only Wholesale Clients as defined under chapter 6D and 7 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Alpha Node Advisors is registered with the AUSTRAC as a digital currency exchange service provider (DCE: 100282425-001).

5. Alpha Node Finance Pty Ltd (ACN: 675 410 116) is a credit representative (CR: 556504) of Fair Loans Foundation Pty Ltd (ACL: 378968), which offers loans for only commercial purposes.
